Top Shelf is the world’s first true ‘grain-to-can’ spirit producers, taking spirits from Victorian grain, direct form the farmers co-op, to bottle and premixed cans under one production flow.

We have expertise in the development and production of distilled spirits, vodka and whisky, and undertake a significant level of research and development and operate modern fermentation, distillation and packaging facilities in Campbellfield, Victoria.

We are passionate lovers of Sour Mash whisky, and one of only three dedicated Sour Mash producers in Australia.

We’re also creating Australia’s first agave spirit category from our magnificent Agave farm – the largest single estate outside Mexico – in the Whitsundays region of Queensland. When built it will be one of the only dedicated agave distilleries in Australia.

In addition to distilling and manufacturing our own portfolio of spirit brands, Top Shelf International also provides canning, bottling and packaging services to a range of customers.

Our current portfolio of brands include NED Australian Whisky and Grainshaker Australian Vodka. Both gold medal winning spirits here in Australia and globally.

There will also be a private preview of part of our collection of Australian whisky heritage items dating back to the 19th century that we are exploring how to showcase as a museum of Australian whisky.
